STAN WOJTASIAK

Stan was appointed Naperville Township Highway Commissioner on Dec 17, 2002 to complete the term of Norb Korczyk who retired on Dec.31, 2002. Stan had served as a Naperville Township Trustee for 13 years prior to his appointment. He has been a resident of Naperville for thirty years and is a Republican precinct committeeman.

A US Army veteran, Stan attended the College of DuPage and Benedictine University and earned a degree in Business Administration. Stan is also a graduate of the University of Illinois, School of Leadership. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for NCO Youth and Family Services from 2006-2008.

He is currently President of Aero Estates Homeowners Assn., and was one of the first DuPage County Highway Commissioners to be certified by the Township Officials of Illinois Highway Commissioners Assn. Stan also serves as Vice-President of the DuPage County Highway Commissioners Assn. and is a Commissioner on the DuPage County Regional Planning Commission. Stan is a Certified Arborist and a member of the International Society of Arboriculture.

He and his wife Jean reside in Aero Estates and are members of St. Raphael's Church. They have four children, Jeffrey, Julie, Jennifer and Jeanne and nine grandchildren.
